Gundiwindi has the most spectacular views of the surrounding mountains and bushland. It is special to be able to find a camp so close in proximity to Melbourne, where the students can connect with nature and have a true ‘bush’ experience. There is no need to leave the campgrounds for activities as there is so much to do on site! Tracey & Danny are such friendly and welcoming hosts and always make an effort to connect with our students and staff.

Gundiwindi Lodge is amazing! Tracey, Danny and the Camp staff are extremely supportive, accommodating and helpful. They make organising the camp a dream and are always on hand to help out. They form a positive and friendly rapport with the students and maintain a high standard of safety throughout the camp and its activities. The camp offers a wide range of engaging activities including archery, yabbying, flying fox and of course, the giant swing. We absolutely love coming to Gundiwindi Lodge for the Year 3 Camp.

The 3/4s from Waverley Meadows Primary School had an amazing time at Gundiwindi Lodge. Tracey and Danny were welcoming, organised and super friendly. The activities were great, with highlights being the campfire and night walk, giant swing and flying fox. The kids loved the freedom to interact with the animals, and we all enjoyed the stunning scenery. Can’t wait to go back in 2 years’ time!

Gundiwindi is a great camp. Many fun and challenging activities for students who never fail to have a great time. Tracey and Danny are excellent to work with when organising the school camp and are always improving camp facilities.

Gundiwindi camp is always an amazing experience for our Grade 3 students. As their first camp in their schooling, Gundiwindi teaches the kids to be independent, work in teams, try new experiences and builds up their resilience, all while they have fun with their peers. The staff are always helpful and friendly, are so accommodating to any needs we have, and the food is fantastic. Gundiwindi is definitely the number 1 highlight for our students in Grade 3.
