Accommodation and Facilities
Gundiwindi Lodge has 17 guest rooms all with undercover access to toilet/shower block, recreation hall and main house. Bunks are provided in all cabins and the number of beds per room varies as per the room size. (See below to download bedding plan) Pillows are supplied to each bed and campers are requested to bring their own pillow covers and sleeping bags. Blankets are available on request.  All rooms are centrally heated, carpeted and fitted with hard wired smoke detectors. Camp leaders have comfort and privacy in 2 ensuited guest rooms and a separate leader lounge.

Upstairs in the main building is the Conference Room with seating for 50 people. Facilities in this room include TV and DVD with full surround sound, Whiteboard, old style O/H Projector, air conditioning and heater. There are two smaller meeting rooms ideal for study, retreat and music groups and a toilet and bathroom for leader and camper use.

Downstairs, the comfortable leader lounge is complete with TV, daily newspaper and access to the alfresco verandah with easy chairs and stunning views to enjoy. There is a small fridge making a safe and convenient storage place for any medications requiring refrigeration. Opposite the leader lounge is the staff billiard room with lounge chairs and billiard table. This room can double as an additional staff room or first aid administration room. Blankets and additional dinning seats are stored in this room.

The dining room and kitchen area are at ground level and allow 24 hours access to tea and coffee facilities, biscuits, cordial and fruit. The dinning room is fitted with reverse cycle heating/air conditioning.
Our spacious toilets and showers are cleaned twice daily by our staff and the separate disabled facilities are easily accessible.

Catering and Dietary Information
Full catering is provided at Gundiwindi Lodge. Our chef provides tasty menus designed to satisfy everyone. Old fashioned home-style cooked meals are our specialty together with fresh local produce. Menus are provided in the “Camp Planning Package” together with a Dietary Requirements Policy and Form. Download a dietary requirements form.

We are a NUT FREE campsite and request that you do not bring any nuts or nut products to our camp. Please be sure that any treats you bring to camp are nut free. Eg: No Snickers Bars.
